Job summary

RCT Systems is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple technical and service teams, from planning through delivery.

You will manage requirements, track risks, and communicate status to program leadership and customers in an agile environment, leveraging Jira/Confluence to maintain transparency and drive progress. This role demands seasoned leadership in complex, potentially sensitive projects and alignment of technical work with business goals.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in mission-critical/classified environments.
• Knowledge of requirements decomposition and systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
• Experience coordinating customer and contractor teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Decompose requirements and ensure traceability across teams.
• Maintain requirements registers, risk assessments, dependencies, and reference architectures.
• Track work using Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment.

• Prepare reports, presentations, metrics, flowcharts, and program reviews.
• Facilitate technical exchanges, kickoff meetings, and cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain integrated roadmaps and resolve resource/scheduling/prioritization issues.

Required Qualifications
