Job description

Description

CRG is seeking two Program Integrators to support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated projects and functional areas on the DCMA Blue List Program Support Services contract. PIs are not responsible for overall contract management and do not serve as the Contractor's primary point of contact with the Government unless specifically delegated by the Contractor Program Manager (CPM).

The PI role requires cross-functional stakeholder coordination and disciplined schedule management, supporting the Government Blue List Program Manager, CORs, Government Team Leads, and the CPM in the continued growth and improvement of the Blue List Program.

The ideal candidate will have a track record managing multi-tenant stakeholder networks on defense programs and producing rigorous programmatic deliverables under tight timelines.

Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Coordinate with the Government to develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, and recommendations supporting the continued improvement and growth of the Blue List Program
  • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on assigned projects and functional areas to ensure alignment with Government priorities and program objectives
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, and other management artifacts necessary to support assigned projects and functional areas
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with the Government Blue List Program Manager, CORs, Government Team Leads, the CPM, and other stakeholders, as applicable, to support successful execution of assigned projects and functional areas
  • Facilitate collaboration among Government stakeholders, Contractor personnel, and external partners, as applicable, to support the execution of assigned projects and functional areas
  • Support Government-led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions and action items, tracking follow-up activities, and communicating project status to the Government Blue List Program Manager and the CPM
Risk & Reporting
  • Identify risks, issues, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement affecting assigned projects and functional areas and provide recommendations to the Government Blue List Program Manager and the CPM, as appropriate
  • Prepare recurring status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other documentation necessary to support Government decision-making and program execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Management, or a related business or technical field preferred)
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience, with direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs
  • Proven capability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks and compile rigorous programmatic deliverables (e.g., Monthly Status Reports, Risk Matrices, and Quality Management Plans)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (ADP/IT-II) investigation on file in DISS at the time of offer
Desired Qualifications
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Benefits

Full-time employees are eligible for 401(k) and Roth retirement plans, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for employees and families), Supplemental Insurance, 11 Federal Holidays, and at least three weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), including sick and personal leave.
