Fluor Corporation in Greenville, SC is seeking an Information Management Specialist to support project information management, EDMS implementation, and remote collaboration tools across multi-office design reviews. You will collect data for the lead PIM, configure client or JV systems, and analyze solutions aligned with project objectives.

Strong communication and IT basics are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Accredited four‑year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study; no required years of experience, or four years equivalent if non‑degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the job; ability to learn and apply statutory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Apply effective knowledge sharing in Fluor’s knowledge management portals and communities.
• Collect data requested by the lead project information manager (PIM).
• Assist in implementing remote collaboration tools to support multi-office design reviews and sessions.
• Assist in implementing client or JV mandated systems and processes (planning, setup, configuration).
• Assist EDMS environment implementation and coordinate with EDMS PAS.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations on solutions per objectives and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
