Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Information Specialist to manage automation, information, and data for complex projects. You will coordinate EDMS and project information management with PIM teams, support both construction sites and offices, and ensure governance and security compliance.

The role requires a four‑year degree and 7+ years of applicable experience, with strong communication across stakeholders and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Seven years of work experience or eleven years if non‑degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of Fluor information technology governance and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate automation scope, services, budget, and schedule.
• Develop work processes and electronic interactions with client and Fluor.
• Assist with EDMS requirements with PDC and PAS teams.
• Support production facilities and project offices during implementation.
• Facilitate project close-out activities and set up records retention procedures.
• Provide system support coordination for project information management.
