Job summary

Fluor in Greenville, SC seeks an Information Management Coordinator to support project teams through Fluor's knowledge management portals, PIM data collection, and EDMS implementation. You will assist in configuring client systems, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting multi-office design reviews.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree, strong communication skills, and foundational IT knowledge to maintain document control and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a relevant field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and visitors.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/provincial, and federal guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge sharing in Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities.
• Collect data requested by the lead project information manager (PIM).
• Assist in implementing remote collaboration tools to support multi-office design reviews and training sessions.
• Assist in implementing client or JV mandated systems, including planning, setup, and configuration.
• Assist EDMS environment setup and coordinate with the EDMS PAS.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity per objectives and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
