Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks a Senior Project Information Specialist to manage automation IT, EDMS, and data management for project teams. You will coordinate with the PIM lead, manage automation scope and budgets, and ensure smooth cross-discipline collaboration across project sites.

You will support design kickoff activities, project turnover, and close-out processes while aligning with Fluor information governance and security policies.

Qualifications

• Accredited 4-year degree or global equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of leadership or initiative experience preferred.
• Two years of experience in IT/Automation or Project Information Management is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate automation scope, services, budget and schedule.
• Analyze work processes with client, PM, SME/PIM to improve electronic interactions.
• Assist in EDMS planning and Project Document Control coordination.
• Support production facilities and construction site practices as needed.
