Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Project HSE Manager to uphold health and safety on complex projects. You will lead HS&E programs, conduct safety walks, and coordinate incident response within an employee-owned culture.

Role progression from Step I to Sr involves handling larger projects and advancing safety leadership across site teams. Strong documentation and communication are essential for success on multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Certifications and licenses: STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP are preferred but not required.
• Education: high school diploma minimum; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: at least one year of full-time project safety experience.
• Communication: good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conducts frequent safety walks/inspections of the project and adjacent property.
• Conducts site-specific safety orientations.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitates the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
• Manages emergencies, incidents, and worker's compensation claims.
• Reviews and files project safety documentation.
