Job summary

Worley in Cameron, LA is seeking a Manager I, HSE to lead project health, safety and environmental activities. You will provide technical guidance, coordinate HSE programs, and ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements on large energy projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in occupational health and safety, environmental management, engineering, or equivalent.
• Typically seven or more years of relevant HSE experience, preferably on large energy projects.
• Experience implementing and monitoring HSE programs in construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment and controls.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Familiarity with applicable occupational health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence project personnel.

• Coordinate and support project-specific HSE plans and programs.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement risk controls.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers and supervisors.
• Promote proactive safety culture and lead toolbox talks.
• Conduct site inspections and HSE audits.
