Worley is seeking an HSE Specialist II to support field teams on the USA-LA Cameron project. You will drive health, safety, and environmental performance, ensuring compliance and promoting a proactive safety culture on site.

Responsibilities include guiding project teams, leading inspections and incident investigations, delivering HSE training, and developing site plans and emergency response strategies. A degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years practical HSE experience in construction, energy, or industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (OH&S, Environmental Science, Engineering).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices across disciplines.
• Excellent communication and training skills with ability to influence diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HSE support to project teams, supervisors, and contractors.
• Implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with Worley standards and regulatory obligations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for learning and improvement.
• Develop project-specific HSE plans and emergency response strategies.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to strengthen safety culture.
• Analyze HSE performance data and leading indicators to guide preventive actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to align site safety plans with project goals.
• Communicate safety priorities across teams to ensure follow-through on safety commitments.
