Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to help scale onboarding for domestic employees and collaborate with HR to improve new-hire experiences. You will manage orientation programs, coordinate resources, and ensure timely responses to inquiries while partnering with stakeholders across the company.

The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and outcomes-focused professional with strong communication skills and a track record in onboarding and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience in onboarding, learning and development, human resources, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and scale the company’s domestic onboarding program.
• Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of orientation and onboarding programs with innovative strategies and tools.
• Partner with stakeholders across the company to update all new hire information for current company practices and policies.
• Develop and act on a deep understanding of internal onboarding-related systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs, then develop and execute recommendations for program improvements.
• Assist in weekly orientation preparations
• Provide outstanding service to our customers by responding in a timely manner to their questions.
• Identify and implement positive employee experiences to help new employees adapt to company and team cultures quickly.
• Partner with HR leadership to create and implement impactful onboarding-related resources for hiring managers, company leadership, and other stakeholders in the onboarding process
