Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Project Analyst to support the Product Construction team with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and portfolio governance across multiple initiatives.

You will partner with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and IT to maintain accurate data, monitor portfolio performance, and deliver actionable insights for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting project financials, portfolio administration, project controls, financial analysis, or reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in project financial planning, budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and EAC updates.
• Experience monitoring actuals, commitments, labor spend, resource costs, accruals, PO, invoices, and forecasted spend.
• Experience budgeting, cost tracking, financial reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing financial reports, budget health summaries, reconciliations, portfolio reporting, and executive updates.
• Experience identifying budget risks, discrepancies, data gaps, cost overruns, reconciliation issues with actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting portfolio governance activities: change requests, budget impact assessments, risk and issue tracking, dependency management, cadence reporting.
• Experience building dashboards, scorecards, budget trackers, reporting packages, and financial workbooks.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources to create a reliable reporting source of truth.
• Experience analyzing spending trends, forecasting data, resource utilization, project performance metrics, portfolio health.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear insights and leadership-ready communications.
• Experience validating data across multiple systems and platforms.
• Maintaining governance documentation, project repositories, templates, financial trackers, and reporting materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience supporting financial reviews, project health reviews, leadership presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and transform complex inputs into structured analysis.
• Experience partnering with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve financial, reporting, and operational issues.
• Demonstrated ability to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, repeatable processes, and audit readiness.

• Support Product Construction team with financial analysis, reporting, portfolio governance, and project controls.
• Partner with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and leadership to maintain data and insights.
• Develop dashboards, budgets, and reporting packages to support executive decision-making.
