Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2-5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookups.
Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or BI platforms.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts.
Analyzing financial results and identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities within the business.
Assisting with the annual budget process and periodic forecasting activities.
Developing variance analyses and providing explanations for differences between actual and budgeted results.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and key stakeholders.
Partnering with department leaders to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
Creating dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Supporting business case development and investment analysis for new initiatives.
Assisting with month-end close activities and financial reporting processes as needed.
Identifying process improvement opportunities and helping drive efficiencies across financial planning and reporting functions.
