Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Governance Project Manager to join our enterprise client. The role focuses on driving governance, portfolio management, and process improvement across strategic technology projects.

You will oversee Wrike administration, maintain Power BI dashboards, and provide portfolio-level insights to support executive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience with ownership of project plans and delivery.
• 3+ years leading or supporting PMO governance, transformation initiatives, and portfolio management.
• Experience with Wrike or Monday.com and MS Project for planning and scheduling.
• Proficient in creating Power BI dashboards for portfolio reporting and KPI tracking.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations with Wrike, MS Project, and Monday.com.
• Ability to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure alignment with milestones.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and selecting the right framework.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations, manage issues, and maintain project stability.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level summaries for varied audiences.
• Facilitate governance meetings and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Manage release schedules and deployment plans with change control.
