Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years in high‑performance environments (startups, consulting, banking, engineering, military, or strong tech-adjacent generalist background).
• Very high agency; thrives in unclear, low-structure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex projects end to end.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, bias for action.
• Clear, direct communication with engineers, executives, suppliers, and external parties.

Responsabilités

• Drive delivery of GW-scale projects alongside construction, procurement, and development teams.
• Own special projects end to end, from brief to delivered result, including standing up new functions from zero.
• Remove blockers, coordinate deployment and tests to boost engineering output.
• Support complex equity and project financing workstreams with the founders.
• Assist hiring across levels and help shape company culture.
