Job summary

Mizuho's Project Finance Americas team in New York specializes in non-recourse project finance for digital infrastructure, including data centers and power infrastructure.

Role involves supporting structuring, underwriting, and execution, preparing client materials, and coordinating across capital markets and product teams, with emphasis on client service and rigorous financial analysis.

Qualifications

• MBA, MS or LLM degree with a strong quantitative background, or other relevant work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Finance.
• 1 year of credit experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day execution of project finance transactions, including preparing proposals and financial analyses.
• Coordinate with Investment Banking and product teams to evaluate and execute financing solutions across debt advisory, lending and capital markets.
• Prepare credit applications and assist in due diligence and documentation.
• Assist in client coverage, marketing efforts and client meetings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions.
