Job summary

The Analyst, Project Finance at NineDot Energy will develop financial models, perform analysis, and prepare reports to evaluate investments and support new project development. You will interact with investment banks, tax equity investors, and external consultants while contributing to strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include building and refining project finance models, supporting lender processes, and analyzing proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project finance or M&A.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in energy, real estate, tax equity, and prior project finance roles strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and iterate on Project Finance models to evaluate project economics from concept to future cash flows.
• Support lender processes, analyze financing proposals and prepare closing deliverables.
• Review and interpret financial data, due diligence, and documentation with lenders and lawyers.
• Work closely with the project development team to screen new projects and ensure financial models reflect assumptions and risks.
