Job summary

Dimension Energy is seeking a Project Finance Analyst, based in New York, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role supports financial modeling for debt and tax equity transactions, capital calls, and portfolio management.

The candidate will work with development, engineering, and accounting teams to craft assumptions, prepare memos, and create lender materials. A finance or related degree and 1–2 years of industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, banking, or power industry.
• Ability to work with complex financial models in Excel.
• Experience with tax equity and/or term debt transactions in renewables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax equity and debt models for capital raises.
• Collaborate with development, engineers, and accounting to set assumptions for project finance models.
• Assist in due diligence for tax equity, construction, and term debt transactions.
• Create and maintain investment memos, lender presentations, and project summaries.
• Develop project finance intelligence (tax equity terms, subsidies, RECs, etc.).
• Support the Asset Management team with operating reports and draw requests.
