SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is seeking a Job File Coordinator for our Reconstruction Team in Midlothian, VA. This role focuses on coordinating project requirements, maintaining documentation, and supporting project managers to ensure accurate records and timely communication.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or office experience, and are proficient with common computer applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated.
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to identify project requirements and organize project documentation.
• Oversee daily project status, audits and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
