Job summary

SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake- 11851 is hiring a Job File Coordinator to act as the customer liaison, identify project requirements, and organize project documentation. The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and teamwork to support project success.

The coordinator will monitor daily project status, validate site documentation, and collaborate with Project Managers and other departments to ensure accurate records and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Familiar with relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clear and efficient project communication with the customer and stakeholders.
• Provide daily project oversight including status monitoring, audits, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure thorough project documentation from start to finish.
• Assist with other departments as needed.
