Job summary

LOPCO Contracting is seeking a personable, organized Project Experience Coordinator to serve as a trusted liaison between our clients and the company throughout the customer journey. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, maintaining communication, and supporting our reputation from project sale through completion.

The ideal candidate will manage proactive client touchpoints, coordinate with project teams, and help ensure a positive experience while supporting brand initiatives

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients between project sale and project start.
• Conduct proactive client touchpoints to provide updates and maintain engagement throughout the project journey.
• Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and valued throughout the pre-project process.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and escalate as needed.
• Follow up with clients after project completion to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Welcome new clients and guide them through next steps after sale.
• Maintain accurate client, project, and communication records in company software.
