Job summary

Schloegel Design Remodel in Kansas City is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to welcome clients from the first conversation, manage communications, and keep projects organized. You’ll connect with prospective and current clients, coordinate lead and appointment details, and support the sales team across scheduling and materials.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and a proactive, self-starting approach to ensure every touchpoint reinforces a superior client

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales support, or another role where connecting with people is part of the job is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new leads, qualify project opportunities, and schedule consultations for our Design-Build and Handyman teams.
• Manage client communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey, from the first inquiry through project completion and warranty.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, appointment, and project information in our CRM.
• Support the sales team with scheduling, presentation materials, project documentation, reminders, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client communications including surveys, review follow-up, postcards, letters, and other scheduled touchpoints.
• Support marketing efforts including client events, campaigns, communications, and other projects that help strengthen the Schloegel brand and client experience.
• Help create a welcoming, organized office experience for clients, visitors, and the internal team.
