Job summary

LOPCO Contracting is seeking a personable, organized Project Experience Coordinator to act as the primary client liaison from project sale through completion. You will support client communication, update project teams, and help manage records and brand initiatives.

The role emphasizes residential construction experience, strong communication, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset within a full-time, on-site capacity in Rhode Island. Compensation includes $25/hr plus company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact between project sale and start; provide updates and engagement.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales, and field teams for timely updates.
• Maintain accurate client, project, and communication records.
• Support social media presence and community engagement.
• Help publish weekly home improvement articles and maintain website content.
• Assist with client outreach campaigns via email, text, and other channels.
• Encourage reviews, testimonials, and referrals after project completion.
• Represent LOPCO in communities and partnerships.
