THE ROLE

As Project Executive – Residential Sales (Insurance & Retail), you are a full-cycle sales machine: you self-generate, estimate, sell, and oversee production to close $2.5M personal volume at 40% gross profit annually. You hunt storm leads, close insurance claims, and upsell retail remodels — all while protecting margins and limiting callbacks.

WHAT YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Revenue & Volume Sell + produce $2.5M in year 1 while closing on 50% of issued estimates
• Lead Generation Generate 200 qualified leads and conduct 20 estimates per month
• Insurance Mastery Understand the insurance process from start to finish and tools required for success
• Production Oversight Ensure jobs are performed on time and on budget with no callbacks.
• Forecasting & Reporting Deliver accurate monthly revenue & margin forecasts. Flag risks early. Own weekly lead pipeline review with Residential Leader.
• Referrals & Reviews Secure referrals from satisfied customers. Achieve 50 five‑star reviews.

WHO YOU ARE (Required Qualities)

• Storm SalesDNA 3–7+ years selling roofing/insurance restoration in hail/wind markets. You’ve closed $1.5M+ personally in a single season.
• xActimate Ninja Certified user. You write, supplement, and win — routinely beating adjusters by 15%+ on approved scope.
• Retail Closer Proven ability to upsell full exteriors from a roof claim. You use 3D renderings, financing, and urgency to hit $25K+ tickets.
• Lead Gen Machine You door‑knock, use hailtrace, and nurture — generating leads in storm zones.
• Systems Thinker Fluent in JobNimbus or Acculynx, CompanyCam, EagleView, and xActimate. You live in CRM, dashboards, daily activity logs.
• Self‑Starter No hand‑holding. You prospect, estimate, sell, schedule, and collect — all while keeping the Residential Leader informed.
• Clean Record Valid driver’s license, insurable, pass background check.
