Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex commercial construction projects, overseeing major developments and driving operational excellence in a thriving market.

You will lead project strategy, client engagement, and execution on projects ranging from $10M to $70M+, mentor project managers, manage client relationships, and collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Executive, Senior Operations Manager, Director of Construction, or similar leadership role.
• Strong commercial construction background.
• Experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Healthcare, tribal, municipal, education, or institutional project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
• Existing relationships within the Oklahoma construction market are advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams and drive business results.

Profile

For the Project Executive role, we are seeking:

Job Offer
