Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a major $50M+ commercial construction project in Oklahoma. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute activities across preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.

• Support project management activities from preconstruction through project closeout
• Manage submittals, requests for information, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones
• Assist with client communications and project reporting
• Help identify and resolve project challenges to maintain project momentum
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Profile

A successful Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:

• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Junior Project Manager within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of submittals, requests for information, and project controls
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment
• Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Travel project experience is a plus

• Base salary of $80,000 - $110,000
