Built on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships, they have successfully delivered projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, civic, cultural, telecommunications, technology, industrial, and specialty commercial sectors throughout the Pacific Northwest.

As the company continues its growth trajectory, they are seeking a dynamic Project Executive to serve as a true seller-doer, driving business development efforts while providing executive oversight of key projects and client relationships.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a construction leader who enjoys developing business, nurturing long-term partnerships, and guiding successful project delivery.

The Opportunity

As Project Executive, you will play a critical role in both revenue generation and project success. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, strengthening strategic client relationships, supporting preconstruction efforts, and providing executive oversight across a portfolio of commercial construction projects.

This role requires a balance of business development expertise, operational leadership, and market presence. The successful candidate will be viewed as a trusted advisor by clients while supporting internal teams in delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, consultants, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Lead client presentations, interviews, and project pursuit efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community organizations.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive repeat business and long-term client partnerships.
  • Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of commercial construction opportunities.
  • Provide executive leadership and oversight across multiple commercial construction projects.
  • Support project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Guide project strategy related to schedule, budget, risk management, quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Assist project teams in resolving complex challenges and mitigating project risk.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

  • Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams during project pursuits.
  • Support conceptual estimating, budgeting, value engineering, and project planning efforts.
  • Assist clients in evaluating delivery methods and project approaches.
  • Provide market intelligence and contribute to the company's strategic growth initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development
