LeoForce is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale building automation, EPMS, and mission-critical controls projects across data centers and commercial environments. You will oversee projects from planning to turnover, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction while driving financial performance and team development.

Based anywhere in the US, up to 50% travel is required; 10+ years in BAS/EPMS roles and strong contract management are essential for success in this senior

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building automation, controls, or mission-critical construction.
• Experience leading large, complex projects in a senior or executive capacity.
• Strong knowledge of BAS/BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and integrated control systems.
• Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, and change orders.
• Proven leadership to grow teams and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls projects.
• Oversee project financials: forecasting, budgeting, billing, cash flow.
• Drive schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as escalation point for key clients and stakeholders; lead exec-level meetings and change orders.
• Mentor Project Managers and engineers; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Review technical docs, submittals, RFIs, and commissioning plans; ensure contractual compliance.
• Support strategic growth and future project pursuits.
