Southland Industries is seeking a senior project manager to lead a large project team or multiple teams and to serve as the primary contact for the client and internal stakeholders. You will oversee staffing, performance appraisals, develop strategies, and manage budgets, cost and revenue projections, change orders, and project meetings.
Strong leadership, communication, and public speaking skills are essential.
This position is responsible for managing a large project team/multiple project teams, or multiple small projects including staffing and performance appraisals. Serves as primary point of contact for project team(s).
Provides project status updates to client and leadership.
Maintains solid client relationships and continuously sources opportunities for revenue.
Develops and implements strategies.
Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
Delegates work and serves as mentor to project team. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary.

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Virginia this ranges from $165,949.00 - $202,826.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
