Job summary

Southland Industries, a leading MEP firm, seeks a senior Project Manager to oversee large project teams and multiple projects, including staffing and performance appraisals.

The role serves as the primary point of contact for project teams, providing status updates to clients and leadership, while driving revenue through solid client relationships and strategic implementation.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience, including minimum 5 years’ people management experience.
  • Mastery knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as all design engineering aspects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients and general contractors.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a large team.
  • Strong public speaking ability.
  • Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project status updates to client and leadership.

Job description
