Job summary

Konstruct Staff seeks a Project Executive, Data Center Programs in Texas to lead multiple hyperscale campus projects with full cost, schedule, safety and quality accountability. You will be the executive contact for the end user and developer, directing Senior PMs, PMs and Superintendents across sites.

You will drive preconstruction strategy, secure long-lead MEP/electrical equipment, align trade partners, and manage phased delivery through commissioning while expanding the regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mission-critical, commercial or industrial construction, with recent leadership on mission-critical or data center work.
• Experience running more than one project or campus at a time.
• Strong owner-facing presence and the ability to build and hold a team.
• Based in San Antonio or Dallas, with up to 50% travel across Texas sites.

This is a program leadership role for a leading General Contractor, not a single-project seat. You'll hold overall accountability for several hyperscale campuses running at the same time, and for the teams, the client relationships and the P&L behind them.

The role:
