Job summary

Metric DCX in Temple, TX is seeking a Project Executive to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will drive schedule, budget, profitability, quality, safety and client satisfaction, while mentoring Project Managers and field teams and maintaining strategic relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years of construction experience, including significant data center/mission-critical experience.
• Proven track record with a large General Contractor delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Experience leading multiple project teams and senior project staff.
• Strong understanding of MEP, structural, and civil construction.
• Demonstrated ownership of project financials, schedules, and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

The Role

We’re supporting a Top-25 ENR-ranked national GC with an expanding data center portfolio in hiring multiple Project Executives. This role will own the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects, driving schedule, budget, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction from preconstruction through closeout.
