Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead a major hyperscale data center program with global scale and complexity. This role oversees multiple project teams and reports to a senior leader, delivering from preconstruction through turnover while managing safety, quality, schedule and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects or multi-building programs.
• Track record across the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through turnover.
• Experience managing senior project teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
• Proven commercial, contractual and financial leadership.
• Experience on projects in the $500M+ range, ideally within hyperscale data centers or similarly complex environments.
• The presence and leadership ability to operate as the senior figure across a major campus.

Senior Project Executive – Data Center Construction

Compensation: up to $300,000 Base DOE + Performance / Profit-Sharing Bonus

The Opportunity

We are representing one of the largest general contractors in the US on a multi-billion-dollar hyperscale data center program

This is a Senior Project Executiveopportunity for an experienced construction leader who has the ability to take ownership of a major campus, lead multiple project teams, and operate at an executive level with a highly demanding client.

The overall program is expected to span multiple phases and buildings, with individual sections led by Project Executives reporting into the senior leader responsible for the broader program.

This is a genuine 1A leadership hire not a typical Project Executive position.
