Qualifications

• Experience in a top-tier executive role (Project Exec / Senior PM / Director) in commercial construction.
• Strong background in commercial projects, ideally interiors or complex spaces.
• Proven ability to lead teams and foster client relationships.
• Onsite work experience in the San Antonio market.

Project Executive – Commercial Construction

We’re seeking a senior construction leader to help oversee active projects, strengthen client relationships, and grow a commercial construction presence in the San Antonio market.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, client relationships, and overall operations in the local market.
• Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Manage existing work while helping develop new business and future opportunities.
• Build and grow a local team as the project pipeline expands.
• Serve as a senior, client-facing leader and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Director, or senior construction operations leader.
• Strong background in commercial construction, ideally corporate interiors or complex commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage teams, build client relationships, and lead multiple projects.
• Existing client relationships or a book of business is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in the San Antonio market.
• $170,000 - $200,000+ base salary depending on experience
• Monthly vehicle allowance
• Performance-based bonus opportunity
