Qualifications

• Experience in a top-tier executive role (Project Exec / Senior PM / Director) in commercial construction.
• Strong background in commercial projects, ideally interiors or complex spaces.
• Proven ability to lead teams and foster client relationships.
• Onsite work experience in the San Antonio market.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, client relationships, and local operations.
• Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Develop new business and future opportunities.
• Build a local team as the pipeline grows.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
