Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple high-profile Class A office tenant improvement projects, mentor project management teams, and cultivate strong industry relationships to drive business growth.

You will serve as the primary executive contact for owners, landlords, and brokers, guiding projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality, and actively mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the construction industry.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years in a Project Executive or senior leadership role.
• Strong background in Class A Office Tenant Improvement projects.
• Established network with owners, brokers, landlords, and industry partners.
• Active involvement in industry organizations (ULI, DBIA) desired.

• Lead and support Project Managers across multiple tenant improvement projects simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for owners, landlords, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Drive project success from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality goals are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate repeat business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, helping grow the next generation of construction leaders.
• Represent the company within the commercial real estate and construction communities.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction industry experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a Project Executive or senior leadership capacity.
• Strong background in Class A Office Tenant Improvement projects.
• Proficiency with Procore.
• Established network and relationships with owners, brokers, landlords, and industry partners.
• Strong client-facing and business development skills.
• Active involvement in industry organizations such as ULI, DBIA, or similar professional groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial office tenant improvement projects.
• Experience with law firm tenant improvement projects.
• Demonstrated success mentoring and developing project management teams.
