Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager with Tenant Improvement (TI) construction experience to oversee multiple commercial projects from kickoff through completion. You will manage 3-5 TI projects at a time and mentor Project Engineers, coordinating directly with owners and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes delivering on schedule and within budget, owning project schedules, budgets, and milestones, and representing the client in OAC meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience in commercial construction.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

What You’ll Be Doing

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, contractors, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Clean room construction experience.
• Laboratory construction experience.
• Experience with Class A office projects.
• Experience with Outbuild scheduling software.
