Job summary

You will oversee a team of Project Managers and Engineers, uphold safety standards, and manage cost forecasting from estimation through cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, MEP leadership, and strong communication skills to collaborate with senior leadership and external clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven leadership managing projects with a scope exceeding $10M.
• Strong expertise in MEP project management; experience leading teams of 3+ managers.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and familiarity with safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and business decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers and Engineers.
