Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Executive to lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client relationships. The role requires mastery in system design (HVAC/plumbing), strategic thinking, and proven project-management leadership.

You will manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth while upholding industry standards and regulations. This is a senior, client-facing role at a national contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar engineering role.
• Mastery knowledge of applicable systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Proven experience managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent client management and opportunity identification for growth.

We are searching for a Project Executive who will be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all aspects of our engineering projects. This role is critical to our organization as it directly impacts the delivery of services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet project goals, maintaining solid client relationships, and continuously identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conception to completion.
2. Utilize mastery knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., to ensure project success.
3. Provide regular project status updates to clients and leadership, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and any potential issues.
4. Develop and implement strategies to meet project goals and objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Maintain solid client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for revenue growth.
6. Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. to ensure financial success of projects.
7. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and to resolve any arising issues.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications
