Business Unit: Advanced Technology

Base pay range: $240,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global construction and development firm as they expand their Advanced Technology business unit. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver hyperscale data center projects in Phoenix, Arizona.

As a key member of this growing division, you will oversee complex, mission-critical projects, ensuring exceptional delivery standards and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:
  • Manage all phases of hyperscale data center projects, from preconstruction through delivery.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Implement best practices for large-scale, mission-critical facilities.
  • Monitor risk, resolve issues proactively, and maintain compliance with contractual obligations.
• Team Coordination:
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Support recruitment and development within the Advanced Technology unit.
