Ruscilli Construction seeks a seasoned Project Executive to lead residential construction projects and direct project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality. You will supervise project managers, coordinate communications, and uphold company policies across the project group.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with Prolog project management systems are required; scheduling skills and familiarity with Primavera or Sure-Track are a plus.
Implements and upholds Ruscilli Construction's construction and management policies and procedures in directing all associates to carry out projects to their successful completion, on time and with quality while earning or increasing project profit. Serves as point person to manage effective communications, resolve contract issues and project progress on assigned construction projects.
Experience serving as a Project Executive with residential construction experience.
Directly supervises and mentors the Project Manager(s) to ensure the proper supervision of the project team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring, recommendations to the Vice President, Construction Management; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Fourth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, at an intermediate skill level. Must be/become proficient in all aspects of Prolog project management system. Working knowledge of scheduling techniques is required. Experience with Primavera or Sure-Track is a plus.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
