Job Description

This individual will provide high‑level project oversight, lead a project management team, set expectations and objectives, and manage all financial aspects of assigned responsibilities. The role includes planning, talent development, client relationship building, and fostering a culture of safety through site inspections and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial aspects of projects and ensure adherence to budgets and cost controls.
  • Lead safety compliance efforts, perform site walkthroughs, inspections, and ensure all safety plans and audits are completed.
  • Manage scope and schedule, ensure proper documentation, preplanning, and job setup.
  • Coach and advise Project Managers and Superintendents for monthly reviews and negotiations.
  • Conduct pre‑construction activities and support strategic initiatives for the division.
  • Develop, lead, and support strategic business planning and workforce needs.
  • Oversee estimation processes, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare scope proposals.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, owners, and general contractors, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Provide leadership for proposals, including estimating and proposal writing.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as may arise from project conditions.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of construction project management experience.
  • 15+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems.
  • 15+ years of ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
  • 15+ years of knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
  • Strong background in business administration and management principles, including operations, financials, customer relations, and project sales strategies.
  • Experience with legal aspects of the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
