Quality Labor Management is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Clinton, MS. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and quality, and foster client relationships while driving profitability.

• 5+ years of progressive construction management leadership experience.
• Strong background in commercial construction, MEP, HVAC, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, mission critical, or data center projects.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Oversee multiple commercial construction projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

This leadership role is responsible for project performance, financial oversight, team leadership, client relationships, and successful project delivery.
