Job summary

Kevin Edward is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale data center construction projects in Atlanta, from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in construction management with data center or mission-critical experience, strong leadership, and expertise in MEP systems, prefabrication, and IST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• 5+ years delivering data center or mission-critical projects.
• Proven leadership of large, complex projects with significant MEP scope.
• Strong experience with prefabrication, modular assembly, and IST.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
• PMP, CCM, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale data center construction projects.
• Serve as the primary client interface and executive point of contact.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contract execution, and risk management.
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and margin performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and industry standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and workforce planning across project teams.
• Guide decisions related to power, cooling, redundancy, and commissioning protocols.
• Implement best-in-class project management practices and tools (Lean, BIM, Procore, etc.)

A leading general contractor specializing in mission-critical construction is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

This confidential opportunity is ideal for a senior construction leader with deep expertise in data center infrastructure, complex MEP systems, and commissioning processes, who thrives in fast-paced, high-value environments.

Key Responsibilities
