Overview

A leading national construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee a large-scale, mission-critical data center project in Atlanta, Georgia. This senior leadership role is responsible for the successful delivery of a complex, high-value data center project, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and client-facing leadership from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data center or other mission-critical construction, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a strong track record of delivering large, technically complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive‑level leadership and oversight for a major data center project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, including safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including project managers, superintendents, and preconstruction staff.
• Oversee preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Collaborate with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term client relationships within the data center market.
