Job summary

CarePlus New Jersey is seeking a Project Evaluator to collect, review, and report data ensuring the quality of services meets funding requirements for the YF-TREE program. The program serves children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 25 with behavioral health and substance use needs, and supports families and caregivers.

The role supports the Director, ensures performance measures are reported per GRPA, conducts QA activities, enters data into systems, and generates timely reports for

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health, discipline, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience providing program evaluation or data analytics.
• A valid driver's license and must be insurable under Agency automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director in overseeing data collection, reporting, and continual improvement of the quality of services offered
• Assure project performance measures are accomplished and reported following GRPA requirements
• Evaluate program effectiveness, ensure continuous quality improvement efforts are made to ensure the highest quality care
• Enter data into software program, as assigned
• Ensure that standardized, routine statistical reports are generated and analyzed in a timely manner
• Participate in routine, Quality Assurance activities and audits, as assigned including reviews of clinical documentation
• Monitor performance outcomes and makes improvement recommendations
• Ensure all reports are submitted to SAMHSA in a timely manner
