Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services Group is seeking a Project Evaluator to lead evaluation, performance measurement, and quality improvement for the SBIRT program in Hainesport, NJ. The role focuses on data collection, reporting, and maintaining dashboards to monitor GPRA/SPARS indicators and outcomes.

The position requires a 4-year degree and at least five years in behavioral health evaluation, with preference for a master's degree and licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in psychology, public health, social work, statistics, evaluation, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in behavioral health program evaluation, quality improvement, GPRA/SPARS reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and state and federal behavioral health requirements.
• Clinical behavioral health experience and licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, performance measurement, data quality, fidelity monitoring, and continuous quality improvement for the SBIRT project.
• Develop and maintain project data collection processes; coordinate reporting; validate data completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor indicators related to screening, intervention, treatment, engagement, and outcomes; create dashboards and analytic reports.
• Identify trends, gaps, and barriers and work with leadership to drive program improvement and grant monitoring.
• Time charged to SBIRT may include other outpatient evaluation and administrative duties; ensure proper allocation and documentation.
