Job summary

BMS CAT & Blackmon Mooring, a leader in disaster restoration, is seeking a Project Coordinator. You will estimate mitigation work for fire, water, and flood losses and work closely with insurance companies to ensure profitable bids.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of estimating experience and is proficient in Xactimate. This role offers competitive pay, commission based on project profitability, and numerous benefits including a company vehicle and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on estimating experience in residential and commercial.
• Experience using Xactimate (highly preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both residential and commercial property owners.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects for residential and commercial losses.
• Prepare accurate and competitive bids using industry software.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and property owners.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships.
