You'll collaborate closely with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure projects are bid accurately.

Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of estimating experience, organizational skills, and proficiency with Xactimate. A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on estimating experience in residential and commercial.
• Experience using Xactimate is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with property owners.
• Experience with time and material estimating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects for residential and commercial losses.
• Prepare accurate and competitive bids using industry software.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and property owners.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships.
