The Reconstruction Estimator is responsible for developing accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial reconstruction projects following water, fire, or storm damage. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are properly scoped, competitively priced, and executed within budget to meet Serclean’s target Gross Profit percentage.
The Reconstruction Estimator works closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, adjusters, and property owners to produce thorough estimates, manage the bidding process, and support successful project completion. The ideal candidate has strong experience in insurance-based restoration estimating, subcontractor negotiation, and reconstruction project costing.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (not required).
3+ years of reconstruction estimating experience in restoration or construction industry preferred.
