Fluence is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers delivering renewable energy and energy storage projects from bidding through commissioning. You will partner with Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Construction to ensure technically sound, cost-effective solutions while driving excellence and team development.

The role requires 5–7 years in renewables/energy storage, leadership experience, and hands-on design/commissioning expertise.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering; related discipline.
5–7 years of engineering experience in renewable energy or energy storage.
2–5 years of leading engineering teams or large projects.
Experience supporting projects from conceptual design through commissioning.
Hands-on experience with design, installation, or commissioning of renewable energy or energy storage systems.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, PVSyst, WindPro, ETAP.
Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ASME, NEC, UL codes and standards.
Strong project coordination, technical problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

Lead, mentor, and develop engineers to strengthen technical capabilities and performance.
Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Manage engineering resources and workload to support project priorities.
Collaborate across teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Oversee transition from bidding to detailed design and commissioning support.
